BOOKING OPTIONS

RESERVATION POLICY:

A 2 night minimum stay is required for regular weekends.

A 3 night minimum stay is required for most holiday weekends.

CANCELATION POLICY: DIRECT BOOKING

All cancelations must be made 14 days in advance of check in.

 

If made after the 14 day window, a $10 minimum fee will apply; however, if we are not able to refill the site on short notice, the original reserving party will be charged the full amount.

CANCELATION POLICY: THIRD-PARTY BOOKING

All cancelations must be made 14 days in advance of check in to be eligible for a partial refund. Holiday bookings are non-refundable.

 

If eligible for a refund, there will automatically be a $10 cancelation fee per reservation. In addition, any processing fees and taxes already paid will not be refunded.
